I’m George Warshaw, a real estate attorney* in Boston.  Bruiser, my faithful companion, is the motivation behind this site. For years my clients and I found it impossible to easily compare restrictions on pets (as well as smoking,  leasing, or anything else) from Condo to Condo; that is, until  we built this site.  Contact me if either of us can help with your real estate purchase or sale.  And please come in and meet Bruiser.
