Domestic pets, certified service animals, small birds and fish are generally permitted. There are restrictions on the number, breed, and weight limits of pets.

 

Number of Pets

 

A Unit Owner is permitted by the Rules and Regulations to have one pet, either a dog or a cat. A Unit Owner may request permission for a second pet.

 

 

Weight Limit


Pets are limited to twenty-five (25) pounds unless otherwise permitted by the Board of Managers. Pets living in a Unit on May 31, 2012, however, may weigh up to seventy-five (75) pounds. There is no weight limit for certified service animals.

 

 

Interview Process

 

A meet and greet of a pet is not a prerequisite but could be requested.

 

 

Other Information

 

  • Pets must be leashed or carried in the common areas.

  • An owner must clean up any pet waste.

  • Pets may be removed for cause (nuisance, noise, viciousness, etc.).

  • Pit bulls, Rottweilers, and Doberman Pinchers are banned.

  • Other animals considered dangerous or incompatible with the first class residential character of the Residences are prohibited.
