Tenant/Lease Approval
All rentals and leases are subject to the reasonable approval of the Board of Managers.
State Law Requirements
By state law each unit owner must provide the Condominium with the names of any tenants or occupants of the unit, other than visitors for less than thirty days.
Additional Requirements

Copies of all executed leases or occupancy agreements must be provided to the Board of Managers.

Rules and Regulations must be attached to each lease.

Tenants must acknowledge receipt of the Rules and Regulations in the lease.

The lease must require that all tenants, occupants and licensees observe all provisions of the Residential and Primary Condominium Documents.
